Jacob loves bikes and this was his very special Christmas gift. It was a combo of money he saved and gifts. He is super proud of it and loves it.

Trae arrived back in town this morning after being in DC part of the week for his sales conference with his company. We were so glad to have him home again. So grateful he doesn't have to travel but a few times a year! Sam was really pleased dad had enough energy to take him to the park. I think they both will be napping this afternoon! He loves us in so many ways and one of the things he does is take a 6AM flight back home and therefore has to get up at like 3:30 to take a cab to the airport. Love my man for so many reasons and grateful he is back in TX.

One of Jacobs passions.....

Jacob loves antiques and has a passion for anything old. We linger at antique stores, watch American Pickers, hit yard sales and look online. He has a neat little collection going and displayed in his room. I found this football doll at a yard sale this summer and knew it was a special gift from God for me to stumble upon it for him. It was at a yard sale in August (must have been 108 outside) and no one hardly was having yard sales but I saw one driving home and bought this and a antique childrens book. Jacob loves it!

Holding on....

We are holding onto the holiday time! Trae is off today and goes back tomorrow. It is cool here but they had a long trip to the park this morning. Sams loves of drums doesn't stop even at the park as he appeared to find some way to do it there too!
